[color=rgb(51,51,51)][font='Trebuchet MS'][size=3][background=rgb(250,250,250)]I am 13 pounds down since about September, am doing a practice liquid diet this week I have done the annual exam, the colonoscopy, mammogram, the EKG and my insurance as well as PCP have approved my surgery choice.I have attended two support group sessions (and will continue to do so---I see huge value in peer assistance!)[/background][/size][/font][/color]

I have a silly dog that is a black lab/cattle dog cross who chose me at the Human Society (yes, I call it the Human Society because she rescued me!)[/background][/size][/font][/color]

I moved to Oregon last year to work for the state on a major health initiative. [/background][/size][/font][/color]
