I didn´t have a drain either, stayed 2 nights in the hospital, the leak test was done during surgery (just like sassyrn said!). I´m a little over 4 months out and have had no complications whatsoever! Lost 37 lbs prior to surgery and have lost another 46 lbs since the surgery. Not that much left before I´m done!
