HI, i was banded on Sept 7, 2007. Day of surgery i was 267pd today about 8 months out i am 177pds. I have had three fills, my fourth in 2weeks. I eat about 1-1 1/2 cup of food 3x a day & maybe i snack(fruit, cottage cheese,nuts). Dont get me wrong at times i might have some ice cream(LIGHT) or some chips, but its not daily. I also jogg 2.8-3.0 miles 5x week. I just varies from pperson to person. Good Luck Guys
