Okay so I'm told not to drink anything "fast" ie gulps. What do I do when I'm thirsty? Its so hard to sip. Any ideas? Banded 7-30-07 Pre op weight- 200.5 Post op weight- 190

I agree with you. I can eat and I do not get full. I was banded on 7-30 and I have lost a total of 20pounds, but I dont eat! I am scared that I will stretch out my pouch! I am so confused to! -

Yes. You messed up. OK. Done. Let it go and move forward. You are in controll and you must remember that. Dont beat yourself up it only leads to more "mess ups". Tomorrow is another day. If you go a week w/o fast food, reward youself with one treat so you can contuine to good but also look forward to your goal!
