I'm 3 wks post-op. My cravings for something other than all protein diet. I did awful this past wk & feel terrible guilt. I'm only supposed to have 2 meals & 2 protein 4 oz shakes. I'm hungry & have been cheating already by eating hummus & pinto chips. It hurts but doesn't stop me. Please someone help me. I'm new here & this is my 1st post. Help
