my weight loss journey begin from the time I feel like I was born. My parents always had the attitude to reward with food go out to dinner to bring some treats do that type of thing and I struggled with my weight my entire life. All the females in my family are overweight and have been their entire life we also have quite a few hereditary genetic diseases such as high blood pressure heart disease and diabetes. I feel like I was dealt a bad hand to begin with and just always try to resist it and needed something a little different to get past the conditioning and genetic. I know being active is important part of this program and I can't wait once I feel better to get back into the gym. I think 3 weeks into it if you ask my honest opinion what I do this again the answer would be no.
