Hi Trish, What date is your surgery? I'm having mine in August, since I'll be away this summer. I'm 324 lbs, 38 yrs old. My goal is to weigh 162, or half of my current weight!! I'm in NC. Susie

Hi Kathy, I worked for the county for part of the time, at the health dept on Beatties Ford Rd. I did case mgmt with HIV+ homeless people. I loved it there. My husband and I would have liked to stay in Charlotte, but he had a great job in Raleigh, so it was just a matter of economics. Hey Vinesqueen, what are you studying? Susie

Hey there Kathy from Charlotte, I'm a social worker. I lived in Charlotte from '90-'94, but I'm from Raleigh, so I came back when I got married. I lived in the cutest condo called Selwyn Village, near Park Road Shopping Center. Do you know it? Susie

I'm new to this group. I'm in Raleigh, and I am using Dr. Mitchell in Pinehurst. Haven't had the surgery yet, though.
