I'm 12 weeks out and my incisions are still sore sometimes and itch too. But dr said it's normal. -

Congrats! I'm 8 weeks out and feel like my old self until it's time to eat and I can only eat a very small amount. Down 30lbs which is great for me. -

So far liquids and proteins are my goals everyday. Overall finally getting my energy almost to where it was. 30lbs down!

Don't worry it will come in due time. I hope you ready I'm 4 weeks post op tomorrow....it's been Hard! But I'm happy lost 24 lbs...
