I'm very weak today no energy to even walk what's wrong with me? Started my protein shake today got about 6 oz down drinking as much water as I can.

It takes time I had some mash potatoes and the juice off of the baked chicken for the family sure was tasty, but my sleeve didn't like it. Oh well on to the next tomorrow.

My Dr. Had a goal I wasn't following it with the water. Now I'm on protein!

Getting better each day went to my post op visit down 20lbs.....awesome!

People really don't understand that it's not easy for everyone. I lost 30 lbs in 2012 gain them all back and then some. I need to make sure I'm healthy for my family. You did the right thing. Let's us know how the one on one goes. -
I took something yesterday morning and will be taking something this morning for sure.

If you did your research it was textbook for me almost everything everyone said about their post Op happened to me the pain, the fluids each day you feel better than the day before. I was so busy at work couldn't get my house cleaned now I'm working on the cleaning. Good luck to you God bless you!

I had a rough night woke up couldn't breathe, coughing and scared. I used the breathing thing and moved to the sofa I felt a little better but not sure what that was.
