I just had my surgery dec 17, 2013. I went to Dr. Robert Snow and got the lap band and stomach plication as well as hernia repair. I am very early in my journey and hoping to get some advice from some of you who have had the same procedure done. I'm unsure as to how much my stomach can now hold, liquid or food, and I am still on the liquid/purée phase post op diet. My stomach rumbles all the time and I am taking in between 600-900 calories a day. I usually eat/drink about a cup of soup or pureed beans 3 times a day. Sometimes I feel stuffed and other times not. I do have cramping sometimes but I know I am still healing. Any advice would be greatly appreciated
