    Thanks so much for your reply! I did join a gym, excersizing daily. Does it matter how much protein I'm getting? How is that related?

    Hi, I'm 9 weeks post op revision, I lost 25 lbs the first 2 weeks....that felt amazing!! 7 weeks, and not a single lb. down. I'm starting to feel very frustrated, any suggestions? Also, I add wheat germ into my yogurt daily, is that a mistake? Is it a free food?
