    My mother and I had the gastric sleeve on June 30. She has now developed gout. I'm still progressing. I need to get more liquids in my system though. Will see the surgeon for 1st post op visit on tomorrow afternoon.

    I was tempted on Monday. Just been drinking more water. Had sugar free jello. Also try some propel water or vitawater. They have other nutrients in them but have 0 calories. Start my liquid diet on Saturday and have to be at the hospital at 6 a.m. on Monday.

    I'm in too on June 30. Have to be at the hosital at 6 a.m. Doing the Protein diet and do full liquids on Saturday and Sunday.
