  1. Awesome.. Thanks!! I did end up calling the clinic today before I left for San Diego and they told me the same thing
  2. When I was getting my drain removed on Thursday, he had a HUGE shipment of multi vitamins come in and he gave us some. Try ordering again next week. Question, I was SO out of it after surgery that I can't remember anything about lifting and can't find anything in my papers. Most people say you can't lift more than 10 lbs for 2 weeks, is that right?? Hubby is traveling next week and just want to be prepared while he's gone on what I can and cannot lift
  3. Just had surgery on Monday, January 27, and I'm feeling so amazing!! Drain was removed today and got to hang out with Dr. Ortiz for a bit. I'm so thankful that I'm feeling so well, and I'm so grateful that he was my surgeon. I honestly don't think I could have had a similar experience anywhere else!! Hands down, will recommend him anytime! I'm on the losers bench!!
  4. Congratulations!!! How exciting to hit your goal.. 9 more days until I'm sleeved, can't wait to be on the losers bench and get to my goals too

    What to pack?

I haven't gone down yet as my surgery isn't until January 27th (also with dr Ortiz) and from what I've been reading, pack light. This is what I'm planning to bring: 1 pair of pajama pants 2 pairs of loose pants (I'm bringing my lulu's) 4-5 tshirts Slippers Gas-x strips heating pad (it helped me ease the gas pain when I was banded so I'm hoping for same result) Toiletries Cell phone and charger iPad and charger Socks and undies Protein powder My Vitamins That's all I'm planning on bringing unless anyone has anything that they think I should be adding

    Fitbit - force or flex?

I had no idea you can link the fitbit with myfitnesspal. I haven't been using MFP because of the fitbit (which I love BTW), but now I'll have to figure out how to link them so I can track it all Thanks for the info!
  10. You look amazing b2b!! I'm having my surgery done by Dr. Ariel Ortiz as well. Surgery date is January 27. I'm hoping I have as much success as you all are having
