Hi there I've been banded 3 months on the 19th I got my first fill today as well. Good luck with everything

Just wanted to know if anyone else has experienced this. I am almost 2 months post on the 19th. Overall I'm feeling good. My biggest incision is not closing. Only is completely closed and one end is staying open . I went to the Dr and he says my body maybe regretting the disposable stitches. Has anyone else experienced this or just not healing properly?

I was so worried I was doing something wrong.. I have lost 10pds in a month.. my doctor told me I was doing great so no fill for me yet..I was thinking I'm not losing enough. Just wanted to share.. any tips for keeping up the Good fight.

Hi There i guess we are twin souls i was banded on 12/19 and will have my first fill tuesday as well. I feel every thing you are saying. I saw in another forum where cheryl put a link to some containers i will be buying those because i just feel like im doing something wrong. I know in my mind im still healing and weight loss will be slow now i have tgo get it in my heart and do more than what im doing. stay strong and good luck

Hi there I feel like you madband. I was banded on Dec 19.. I want more but I'm realizing I need to do more. As I've been told on here take the time to heal we are still early in the game..it will get better. I'm praying for that. You will do fine.its hard but I'm willing to stay the course and you should too. It took a lot to get this done so I hope u stay encouraged and put up the giid fight I know I'm planning on winning. Hi December banders!! I was banded dec 19. Im just went back to work and seem to be healing pretty well. I have not had my first fill- scheduled-jan 28. Cant wait

Before I get worried ..need assurance please.. I am almost 4wks post op..I just returned to my job and I work in an office..but my stomach has started giving me pain not awful but just nagging type. I know I'm still healing is this healing pains???

Hi congrats to you. I am about 4 wks post op (1 month) I have the same issue..not that I was a big burp person before..but I know I haven't had one either..I'm curious to see what suggestions you receive.. again congrats on your surgery.

Omg I enjoy reading what us being said it helps me.. I feel that as well already..I must admitt I feel a little discouraged because I feel like I'm not losing any suggestions on that I know its only been 4 wks but I haven't reached that first 20 PDS post op..

To uHi there I am on day 10 post op.. I would use more gas strips it helped me.. I am still using them and walk more it really does help..I was exactly where u r now and I know things seem grim but they do get better. Hold on best of luck to u!!

I'm newly banded just 7 days. What stage am I in .I weighed my self and no weight loss? Am I doing something wrong. Liquids is what I've had so far.. any suggestions. feeling still bloated and sad because the scale hasn't moved. Help!!
