I am so happy to hear of all the success after the surgery, I have been losing weight like crazy and my surgery is not until next week, since Dec. 24th I am down 33lbs already yes 9days liquids and in the gym all day everyday, once I get the surgery I look forward to losing even more. I will keep you posted on my journey!

Day 5 of this liquid diet, I think about food but not really hungry for it, counting the days down, I think once I have a week under my belt the second week will b a breeze? I hope so any way, lol

Thanks guys, I drink unjury,Atkins,whey and advantage protein shakes, but I also drink my water and broth every I try to fill up on this stuff and I carry at lease 16oz of protein around with me when I go out just in case ?

I haven't had a problem with no protein shakes, and I buy different kind to switch up, like unjury,Whey,premier and Atkins and I love them. -

yes you r right I heard the same thing -
The only lent length will you will get is what you had before you gained all your weight so if you had 9" or better you will b back or better, I know what I had b4 all this weight and can't wait to see it again, bcuz it is still nice size, so if it gets back to where I was at 31years old ole buddy have mercy on the ladies lol

I think you really need to understand, that the liquid diet is so that you can shrink your liver, bcuz they have to work around it, and the smaller it is the more helpful it will b to your Dr.i know some Dr's will not do the surgery if your liver is not smaller they will close you right back up? Just something to think about? -
