Costco sells box of 24 ready made muscle milk shakes that my nutritionist approved. Has 20 grams protein and 140 calories. It's not bad. I'm 9 months post op and still drink them occasionally as meal replacements

I was a 42 DDD when I had sleeve surgery; 80lb down and 8 months later I'm a 38DD. My husband isn't that happy but its way more comfortable to wear t-shirts and less back aches

It's the most amazing feeling in the world to be able to go to reg dept stores i.e Macys, L&T and not have to tell my friends to hang on while I check the plus size section. I'm down to a large from a 2x and loosing more weight so I'm pretty exited!
