Hey there gal!!!! So glad to see that this link had been started, thanks! I hope you have been doing great! Me? well, still working at the same place...lot of the same issues, and still a paycheck in hand (feel like a paycheck wh**e sometimes! LOL) Started developing some acidy feeling at times. havn't lost any weight :biggrin: definatley discovered "slider" foods (very bad) seems like all the foods that are good for me, want to reappear 2, 3, 4 or more times! wayyyyyyyyy too many spit episodes!!!!! I'm on the next month of talking myself into scheduling that fluro. appt...........I know I need to do it. If nothing other than to make sure things are still where they should be! I really miss the days (and nights) when we all used to meet up here. Good talkin' to ya Betty! Maybe somebody else will poke their nose up in here

Hey there Spunky Sherry!! Total Gym, huh? I always liked the way that thing looked...seemed like something I'd want. I was surfing craigslist last night and saw an offer for model 2000 total gym, never opened, still in the box for $400.00. gotta confess, I wanted it! ......but, maybe another time. first of all...Love Y'all!!!! I really miss you guys and getting together on LBT! especially you Betty! You too Trish :biggrin: and all the group....(you know who you are, LOL!) Anyway...been real bad, been eating "around" the band, gained weight, bummin'. My own fault. My head says "no way can you be full or satisfied on that little bit. So, on I go! eat and eat then "make room" for more.....UGH! hadn't exercised either....but I'm still a great gal and a good person... Just not a good bandster...YET! anyway, you guys never left my heart! Crawfish huh? Never tasted that......but have a good time tomorrow, Betty!

Hey there Betty! Thanks for getting the thread started, but at this rate, we'll only need a month at a time! LOL! Sure has been quiet in here for quite a while. I think we must have had a mass exodus to facebook! What do you think? I was telling Pat today, that my trip to Cozumel was fabulous!!! (and, yes, I do have a tan!) Only one negative to the trip....my own fault, though...we were just seated on the airplane for the trip home and I started having a most intense "episode".....what in the world made me think I could have bites of Cinnabon with DH? (insane!) So, anyway, we're stuck in the airplane fr 30 mins. after the scheduled departure and that cinnabon started workin' on me...percolating and swallowing until I felt like if I swallowed one more time, I'd run out of room..know the feeling? Well I push the "need assistance" button and the flight attendant serving beer & wine in first class comes over. I ask for a styrofoam cup and she said OK and left..only to forget about me and continue serving beer & wine in first class!!!! GRRRRrrrrrr! (by the way, I checked...there were no "bags" in the seat pockets). Then the next flight attendant is close to aproaching ith the beverage cart when I say "Could I please have a styrofoam cup, immediatley?" He says (in a snide tone) "are you alright?" and I quietly reply "no." He hands me the up and I pt it right to use in a most discreet way (tisue over top)...then he, in a very loud and pompus voice says "we need to know if you're getting sick!!!" OMG!!! I was SOOOoooOOO embarassed! I even whispered back to him that I was trying to be discreet and not draw attention from the other passengers, UGH**** Moral of the story: Never eat any problem foods, unless you have an easy out! and if you want to loose weight anyway....never eat a cinnabon! Hope you're doing ok sweetie

Hey there Betty! How're things going for ya? I keep coming in here and seeing the same few posts. I miss how active it used to be. And hello to Trish, Pat, Sherry, Kat, and all the other sweeties that I havn't talked to lately! LOL! Well, like I said earlier, I really screwed-up...gained weight, not following the rules! Now it's time to pay the piper...I have to go on vacation (beach, gulf of mexico) with all this extra weight! Nobody to blame but me. Well be there from the 28th til april 7 (work on april 8 *yuck!*) Gotta run, DH's calling for some assistance, lol!

Hey there Betty Yeah, I can relate to the eating and drinking all the wrong stuff....I totally "blew-it" for my vacation (beach destination). Have to s-q-u-e-e-z-e into some of the clothes that fit good last time! ugh. My son's wedding is mid May, maybe....hopefully.....got to!!!! Just got to get back on track! I'd sure like to see everyone back in here too! Yooooo-Hoooo! where are y'all?

Oh Kat! Thank you so much for the update! I just smiled when I thought about Kinsey having her mommy back!!! I was so happy to hear she is home and especially about the new diagnosis. Yes, thank God that it's not fatal....and I thank God for having heard my prayers!!!!

Hi Luvmy2dogs, glad things are going down better now for you! I still haven't gone in for an un-fill, and just yesterday, when I tried fish for dinner, it just wasn't "easy-going". Not a full blown painful "stuck"...but none-the-less, not going down well. Eggs? forget about it!!! Yeah, I guess I do need an unfill. Incidently, I heard from someone.....I think it may have been from harley nana, that once this particular person had a slight unfill, they actually started loosing weight!!! So instead of your weight loss slowing down, it may be just the thing you needed for weight loss!!! :thumbup: Good luck!

Hey Sherry & Trish!!!!! Guess what! I EXERCISED!!!! LOL!!! Seriously though, I tried to get started with you gals, then I fell off the wagon (exercise wagon----tee hee)...and so far I've been doing the wii fit (at least 30 min mostly alternating yoga & strength training). Then the other day I started trying to walk the neighborhood a bit, the day after that (yesterday) I did a mile and a 16th (yeah, I count the 1/16th!!!! ha ha ha). I hafta do something! I have a carribean vacation end of March and my son's wedding mid-May....and right now I'm just a hunk of fatty dimples :thumbup: yeah, I know, TMI!!! lol!!!

I want to tell everybody Hi and that although I haven't been posting, I always think of you folks ....But today my heart goes out to you, Kat. I'm thinking so many things that I really want to say to you, and then realize that Betty, Pat, Sherry and Trish have already conveyed what I would have wanted to say...and the rest, is in the the silence of a hug......a long, big, hug. I promise my prayers are being said for your DD, you and your whole family.

Its great when you have to satisfy that urge to chew something crunchy. I don't like crunching on ice most times, because it's too hard, but party ice is easy to chew. Betty? Woo Hoo!
