I have the same problem. I usually get 40-50 a day but so sometimes can get more. A lot of nights I drink a huge cup of hot decaf peppermint tea. It seems to go down more easily than cold beverages for some reason.

I average about 40 per day but that's just because all I ever eat is protein. My nut said not to worry about it too much because I need the energy for my work outs. She told me not to let the carbs get above the protein so I wouldn't eat more than 80 since that's how much protein I eat daily.

I'd like to join in now that my exercise is up and going. Here are my goals. Personal trainings - 2 per week, 8 total Walking - 20 miles Aqua boot camp - 8 classes I have my first 5k set for the 1st if March so I want to really push myself to see how low I can get my time.

I'm making Seattle themed healthy Snacks for my party here in Denver. Everyone else is bringing bronco themed apps but I doubt the will be healthy so that gives me two reasons not to eat them!! Dungeness crab cakes Smoked salmon Fresh cherries And of course APPLES!

I live in Denver and do use mj recreationally. I waited for several weeks after surgery but my doctor and nut said it was fine. I DO get the munchies and am sad about that. It DOES settle my stomach when I'm nauseous. It has A LOT less calories than alcohol. So while I'm sure everyone is different, I won't be using mj regularly anymore after I move out of state next month. Not to say I won't occasionally partake, but the munchies are enough to deter me from being a regular user. Plus, it's illegal in Texas.

So that made me feel better!!! Plus I got into a 2x workout pants and all my previous ones were 4x!! Just skipping right over 3x I guess.

Just wore my Seahawks t-shirt to the local bar for trivia night. The ENTIRE bar was in orange- yuck!! I got lots of stares, a few comments, and even an offer for a free broncos shirt if I would change right there. But I stood my ground!!! The 12th man is alive and well in Denver!!!

At work on Friday everyone is supposed to wear their orange broncos gear. I think I will be wearing my awesome Wilson jersey. Not too sure what the boss will have to say about this but don't care! Freedom of expression right?! I am soooo sick of all this orange!!!

Hello. I'm in Lowry area and had surgery 12/17 in Dallas. I would love a little Denver support group! I think my friends and family are sick of hearing me and they just don't understand.

I hate the whole, you've got such a pretty face, thing. I know it's meant to be a compliment but after my entire twenties spent being obese I hope I never hear it again. I just want to hear someone say, that dress looks good on you or your legs look good in those heels. Is it so wrong to want to be just a little bit objectified? Probly, but I don't care. Lol

Have been overweight my entire life. I hit 200 pounds freshman year. I went from children's clothes straight into a size 14 at age 11. I haven't been able to shop in regular stores since 8th grade. I have had a double chin since 11th grade. I'm 31 and single and starting a brand new life. But I've been lucky that even at 320 pounds I was still a pretty cute fat girl. Lol. I don't mean to be superficial but is anyone else nervous that they won't think the new smaller person they are trying to become is pretty?

Awesome sounds like you are doing good!! How many calories, and protein are you getting a day?? I'm getting 700-750 calories a day and 65-80 grams of protein. I still have a really hard time getting all my water in. I only average 40-50oz per day. How are you doing?

I'm do excited!! 280.1 this morning!!!!!! That's 7.4 down from last Friday. Maybe I was in a stall and didn't realize it! 5.3 in the last three days!!!

I m so glad in not the only one who feels this way! I haven't been below 230 in my adult life and even though that's still another 50 away I realize I can make it there now. How much weight did you girls lose before your brain realized you were smaller?

That's awesome! I celebrated that same victory not too long ago. My next goal is 275 and I'm 6 pounds away. Hoping you'll be right behind me, congrats!!!

Where in aurora? What sizes do they carry? I'm soon to be at the point where I will need new staples.
