    Going to MEXICO - Ortiz?

My experience was very close to Bob's. I agree with Ms.AntiBand. Usually when someone posts about this kind of unfounded facts, they have an agenda. I'm having a hard time drinking an entire protein shake at one sitting. After talking to the aftercare coordinator she told me that I'm having too much at once. Gee, I didn't realize that I over eat! lol! I guess that's what got me into this predicament in the first place! She said to make 1/2 a shake at first. Having a much better time with that!
  3. I just came back from Mi Doctor hospital but I used Dr. Ortiz through A Lighter Me. We also saw the same differences between the patients of Dr. Cabrera and Dr. Valenzuela and the patients of Dr. Ortiz. Maybe it has to do with the technique of the doctors. I don't know but there was a huge difference. I also have to say that all of us A Lighter Me patients were checked on constantly and they made sure we had everything we needed. I'm just glad the surgery part is over and now it's time to get skinny! I haven't had any complications or problems since I've been home and I seem to be adjusting to the post op diet easily. I was given a detailed diet with recipes to try which was very helpful. You have to wrack your brain to think up what to puree next!
