I am 8 days post op. I feel pretty good overall. I have lost 8 pounds since surgery. I'm adjusting well to the liquid diet. I did find out I am allergic to dairy, so I've had to switch protein powder and yogurt. This has been one of the hardest thing I have ever done but it will be all worth it.
