Been overweight/obese all my life, I'm tired of being tired, taking medicines all the time, can't bend down to tie my shoes, can barley walk without getting out of breath. This is/was my only and last resort to living some type of decent, health life
It seems to hurt worse when I lay down, like earlier after my shower I lied down, My mom helps me change my bandages, and I felt the pain in my shoulder. Do you know if that's normal?
