    I was addicted to diet Coke and did not think I could do without it. I was wrong. I always have diet flavored ice tea, Sobe Lean, Crystal Light and flavored bottle waters. I do drink 1 or 2 cups of coffee at work depending on how tired I am. You are in this for the long haul so you don't have to haul those extra lbs around. It is a small thing to give up to get the new and improved you. YOU CAN DO IT!!!
