i am a chocoholic used to have my stock hidden so no one can eat it,now if i really want choccy instead of stressing about how i cant eat it i will have a peice or 2 and the craving goes away i think knowing that i am not depriving myself helps sandra

hi all had my visit with doctor today getting banded on the 9th may cant wait sandra........

hi stacy i am 2 weeks banded and have had a pain left side near my waist on and off since about day 4 mine is gas paini take gas x and sip water and walk to relieve it sandra......

i bought some velish today and the ski liquid yoghurt, havnt tried that one but think it is quite thin,5kg is great cant wait till monday sandra...........
