I have struggled with weight and weight loss for my whole life. I was always the fat kid. In June 2010, I decided to take back my life. Between June 2010 and August 2012, I lost a little over 100 pounds. I cut my eating, started running and found my happiness. I've done multiple 5K Races, 10K Races and two Half Marathons.

In July 2012, I was diagnosed with diverticulitis. I went into a depression around September and just started eating and drinking a lot.
 
More than two years later, I've been to two bariatric surgeons, one who did not accept my insurance and another who was great but I was declined.  It really upset me.  I was talking to my mom and she told me to go to her surgeon.

Here I am today. I'm ready to get my health in order and find my happiness. It's my time now. To reclaiming my inner bad ass mother f*c*er ;)
