Mmm a little help with a stall....please?

So I was sleeved on 11/21 yay!! I've lost about 44 lbs since! And I'm totally excited about it but... I am at a stall and I am barely eating. Can anyone tell me some pointers and maybe what you're eating? Thanks!!! -

I'm still technically in my first month but so far i've lost about 43lbs. However I am having trouble getting enough food in me especially protein. -
