I am losing like you. I am down 48 lbs since Dec 9th. I see everyone with big losses and I get frustrated sometimes. Then...I see my before pictures and can't help but to celebrate my own loss. May not be like everyone else. ..But it's a LOSS! Feeling great!! Feeling healthy!!! -

I had surgery on 12/9/13. Great job December sleevers!! My weight loss had been a little slower than most . .. But it is definitely a loss. .yay! I am down 36 lbs from pre - op appt. Please add me to your list -

It wasn't that bad. A couple of sips of"contrast" fluid. Taste is pretty bad. I would compare it to the water that you soak your dishes in. .. after two days. ..lol. but just two sips. 30 seconds later. .. It was over! Don't be nervous about the surgery. I had a great experience. .. no complications. Best and first day of my new life! -

Definitely! In order for your spouse to be your strongest supporter, he or she must be well informed and comfortable with your journey. My husband had several questions for the Dr. I am 7 weeks post - op, feeling great! He encourages me daily!!
