Getting ready to leave in the morning for a cruise. Recorded my weight this morning and looking forward to seeing how well I maintain or continue losing during the week when I weigh back in next week!

Have a great time. I love cruises. U can do great on a cruise in terms of health. Walk around the perimeter of the boat. Usually on deck 4 ..go to the gym everyday .and burn calories. Eat sensible. Don't make food. the center of attention. Go on excursions and stay away from alcohol.. You can still have a blast. On one cruise I vowed not to gain weight. I ended losing two pounds and enjoyed the cruise thoroughly.
