Thanks everybody for your comments they really help I just don't want to go back just want to go forward and lose weight

I had my surgery may 7 2013 but I need help I drink my protein workout 3to4 times a week I drink water I log my stuff in fitness pal I do take 1200 cal in I have gained I need help I am getting discouraged
