No ... I'm sorry I was sleeved on December 18 and my period came just when it was suppose to on December 30 ... I was a little disappointed hoping that I would miss it for a couple of months...????

I've tried chobanni plain Greek yogurt it has 6 grams of sugar and it has 18 gram of protein ... It's kinda of tart ... So I add I Splenda and sprinkle some cinnamon and it's delicious to me ...❤️

I was nervous 1 week b4 my surgery too (surgery December 18, 2013) the day of surgery I was so calm, I prayed to God and that's all I needed ... My surgery went well and had no pain medicine @ all in the hospital or @ home . Had a little soreness , but nothing I couldn't handle ... Now I'm on puree foods and doing great ... I walk about 2 to 3 miles a day .... I'm so happy with myself ....

I have sugar free ice cream ... It has 3 grams of protein and less than 3 grams of sugar for a 1/2 cup.... It's so good ... I love it ...

My came right on schedule ... I was sleeved on December 18 and it came at the end of the month.... I was hoping to skip a couple of months .... But not me.... ???? -
1 day for me ... I had surgery @ 2:00pm I left the next morning @ 10:00 am ... I had no complication ... I actually was ready to go home the same day of surgery .... But that didn't happened for me ..????

I'm guessing that you are using your pain medications ? If so that sometimes causes constipation . Maybe stop using it ? I didn't use any medication . I'm 4 days post op and don't have any problems . Good luck -
