Yes I'm in stage 2 of my diet I can have yogurt. I think I want to try premier, heard from other people they were tasty. If this doesn't work I'll try maybe 2 more then I'm done. I will see if the have protein pills. They have everything in pill form. Ev 1 lose differently, 10 pounds is great!!! I guess maybe I'm heavier, or have more water weight to lose. But you can be out buddy to , keep in touch compare ask questions but most of all encourage.

Hi sleeve buddy Amy!!! I haven't tried any of them. Isoplus I have seen but haven't tried it. I have a big strawberry nectar here I have to get down. But I will try some of the other brands. Maybe I'll put some in some pudding and mix it. Thanks for the suggestions ev 1.

Hello, it is normal to feel scared , as I was I feel great !!! No gas pains doctors was really surprised on how fast I recovered. My stomach is my only trouble. My kids and my husband helps me sit up and down. Just can't wait to fully recover. You will do great! I took an exlax before I went in maybe that helped me with the gas pains . Keep me posted on your surgery, I know you will do great and loose your stomach in due time lol.

I'm feeling ok, thank god no gas pains. I was sleeved on the 17th of December. It went great says my doctor. Even tho I cheated on my liquid diet . Now I can't eat at all. Went in at 293 3 days after 271 I know this is the beginning. Good luck to all.

Hello my surgery is today, I can't sleep because Soooooo, nervous. I'm really scared. My husband doesn't makes it any better, with the negativity. He is scared too I know .I tried to clean my colon out so I don't crap on the table. Packed and ready to go. I don't know if it's anxiety, scared-ness , fear , or all of these above. Did anyone else felt or feels the same?

How are you doing with pain and gas? Believe or not I don't have no gas pain, thank you lord. Just stomach really sore.

What time is your surgery set for. The colon cleanse was the worst. I didn't finish all mine, I had about two cups left and I fell off to sleep (head was hurting). It was just too nasty. I think my taste buds have already changed. My surgery is set for130, I'm very nervous. I know it's just anxiety and we are going to be just FINE.Mine is at 4, have to be at the hospital by 2. So nervous! I didn't have to do a colon cleanse nor did I have to do a pre-op diet. I've been so nervous that my stomach is going to be full when I go into surgery! I know God will have I backs and He will have the last say in all of this and see us thru... Good luck Ladies, I will see you on the sleeved side this afternoon...I wanted eat soo bad yesterday. Hi, the reason they want you to lose weight is because it shrinks the liver for easy removal. If you lose weight great! But however; the surgery will still go on.

I am so nervous thinking about my surgery. My date is Dec 17 in the late afternoon. Although I had the lapband, I am now doing the sleeve. I can remember the pain I was in. I soo hungry now. Only cause I know I am restricted from it. Tomorrow starts my clear liquid, and on Tuesday it's going be crucial, nothing to eat or drink and my surgery is scheduled for 3:45 in the pm hoy boy, just want right to be waking up in recovery.

Divadee the lapband was fine at first lost 60 pounds and that was it. The standstill was crucial as well as the vomiting. I eventually gained it all back because I got tired of getting fills. I think it complicated my life more than help, especially not eating and your still gaining, because you can only eat the wrong thing. I had no problem keeping junk food down, and that's what I turned to. Go for the sleeve.
