I am 4.5 years post op....gawd...it seems like yesterday! I have no regrets going to Mexico to have my surgery and was kept safe, sound, and my husband and I was treated very professionally....would do it again.
It's been an uphill battle. I have many physical limitations plus I am bipolar. I began at 300 lbs...got down to 182. Now I am at 205 due to a medication I now no longer take. I will admit too I have also slipped back into some old habits such as not following the proper drinking regimine. But I will get to my goal weight of 175 in the future. I have my good days and my bad ones but I try to take it one minute at a time.
