My doc talked to me this week about why we stall, as we call it. It is our body setting new set points...a work in progress. Please do measure!!!!That helps -
Thank you everyone. I have my special needs granddaughter since Saturday so cannot spend much time on the computer. I saw the surgeons nurse practitioner yesterday and all my labs came back good. Yipee!!!

Friday is my weigh day, yesterday was my four months since surgery. Last week was the first time the scale did not move but I knew the problem so I got back on the Airdyne and this mornings wt loss was 5 lbs! That totals me a 70 lb loss (51 inches) in four months and only one lb from "onderland". I feel wonderful!!!

I eat some fresh fruit but it has no protein. I still get about 80 gr protein in every day. I have a 20 oz cup I drink my water out of. Yesterday when I had the munchies I must have refilled it 7-8 times

I lost a lot of wt (again) in 2004 and in '05 I had lipo and full Tummy tuck. Fortunately, even with a wt gain, I will still have a flat tummy...WHEW..... -

I cannot get the picture to where it shows it all, were you afraid to go to Mexico? Where did you go? My husband, a retired cop, won't even let me go to Mexico for vacation, but I may have to do so to get these arms done when I reach goal. -
Starting June 26 and running through July 20th, Sams Club offers an instant $4.00 off for a 12 pk of Premier Protein Drinks and also on the bars. Another good protein source I got from Amazon. It is powder and called UMP and I get Cookies & Cream flavor. One scoop has 130 calories, 21 gr protein and only 1 gr sugar. I love it.
