The big one is the night before surgery.....the date is wrong on the photo....I had already lost 17 lbs on pre-op diet. The blue one is 51 lbs and five months later -
Thank you...it is coming off slow but that's ok. I have been so busy the last two months canning apples from my orchard and making apple butter and everything else, that I haven't had much time to exercise.....good news though is that I eat lots of apples! LOL

If you have a Kindle, I have done a free promo on my book through Monday October 27th. It is titled "How Can I Keep From Singing" on Amazon by Kittie Preas Koukalik. If you read it, please leave a review on Amazon, that is the purpose of the free promo. Thanks.

Thank YOU. I would certainly appreciate an Amazon review if you like the book.

UMP on Amazon is great. I love the cookies and cream. I mix it in lite soy milk or you could use regular. I had to order Unjory online but I really wasn't overly impressed with it..... Good luck

Sorry for YELLING BUT BIOTIN DOES NOT STOP HAIR LOSS. IT HELPS WITH REGROWTH. I don't know how many times this has been posted!

I am at almost 8 months and mine is growing back, to the point, it makes my bangs look funny, my bangs got so thin and now there is about an inch of new growth showing through. The loss has slowed significantly. My doc said it should by 8 months. I am down 92 pounds and loving it.....(68 inches too) Congrats to us all.. yippee

Surgery Feb and have lost 83 lbs but I had a flareup of the fibromyalga and have ended day 5 of muscle spasms so bad I cannot function. About three days ago, they moved over to one side, like behind my rib cage on my back/left side. I have not been able to do anything, I can hardly get up and down out of the chair..........I have been hot tubbing, using bio flex and got some muscle relaxers from a friend (I know)...they helped a little but I guess if I am not a whole lot better tomorrow I will go to the ER. My doc is 2 hrs away and I can't ride that far, I am not sure I can even get into the vehicle. So depressed from all this...

Hairloss Stopped!
shmily replied to green*eyed*girl's topic in POST-Operation Weight Loss Surgery Q&A
Mine is still falling out but has slowed some and I will be 8 mos the 26th. The surgeon said sometimes it does not stop till about 8 mos. I have taken biotin since wayyy before surgery but it is not to prevnt loss but rather to help speed regrowth. I have new hair coming in everywhere. I almost lost all my bangs but I have an inch or more of new hair there -
Now that it is here and I cannot delete it, I am not going to repost it since men can also look there as well.... LOL

My mom has been gone since 2006.....I wish she was here to worry

Slow lately but I haven't worn this dress since 2008 and it fits better now than then.....down 84 lbs

Would you believe my doctor called in sick so they cancelled my appointment??? I am so much better today though. Thanks
-
Hi and thanks for the reply, no this is not the first flare up since surgery but for sure the worst. Not being able to do my walks or ride the bike is killing me too, it all works together....better today and see the doc tomorrow. Hoping for it to go away.

Thank you for the one reply. I meant to say BioFreeze...not BioFlex
