Ok guys
I was sleeved on April 7th. My pre opt 2 weeks diet was ok although I cheated one day by eating a piece of meat. I went in Martin Memorial hospital with some fear and excitement I kept reminding myself that I am doing this for me and no one else. Nurses and doctors were just awesome. After surgery I had to stay in recovery for 3 hours because my blood pressure would not go down and I had the most wretched episodes of nausea/vomiting. But I came through it and now I am a proud mama of a "baby stomach" It is definitely one day at a time but its do able. I have lost 21 lbs up to date and went back to work today with people letting me know they have noticed the difference. For any one who is halting and being nervous. don't be. you can do this. I feel so much better!!!!!!!
