It was pretty hard, but I'm a big girl and I was able to contain myself!! This was a decision that was made by me and I don't expect my family to change there ways because of my decision!!! I know the does and the dont's and I was able to contain myself!!! There will always be food around and you have to be strong!!! And I'm very happy I was strong that day!!! Thanks Mindy

Mindy I mean outside staples I have stitches and also the tape over my cuts!!! I know my stomach is stapled on the inside

Days out and I feel my stomach can handle so much more!!! I don't necessarily need to sip so many small sips!!! And I can eat 2 2 ounce meals a day with finishing a applesauce! Has anyone else had and experience with this?

Anyone have extreme gas pains? I am two days post surgery and my gas pains are unbearable!! Let me know what you guys did please

Well personally it is provided but i didn't use any of them I bought my own!!!

Currently I do about 400 calories a day!! I still can't eat much yesterday was my first time eating two meals soup for lunch and fish for dinner!!! I only can do about 1/4 cup of soup and maybe 2 ounces of fish and 1 ounce of sweet potato!!! It will happen!!! It takes longer for some!!! This week I'm sure I didn't loose anywhere near 16 pounds!! At first it's a lot of water weight!!! I told my self I will only weigh myself once a month so I won't become obsessed with it!!

Honestly I don't get in my protein at all!!! No matter how hard I try I dont!!!

I found that in the hospital they provide you with all of that threw the IV!! When I left the hospital I went to cvs to get my meds and I bought Gas X chewable Pepcid You may need something for constipation And all your Vitamins ur doc told you u need Don't forget chap stick one of the most important as you won't drink or eat for almost 24 hrs Maybe a pillow They provide socks and also u will be in hospital gear the whole time until it's time to go home I advise stretch pants and a tank n sweater!! My surgery was on dec 10 and everything wen great. Gas was the worst for 2-4 days after surgery it hurts so bad

Hopefully!!! It amazes me how each doctor is different post and pre op diet!!! On my pre op diet I could only have liquids some people I know where able to do one small meal

My surgery was also on Dec 10 and I also loss 34 pounds !!! That's great!! Tonight I'm having fish with a ounce of mashed potato also!!
