Down 142 pounds since surgery!!! Was at a stall for a few dropped 12 pounds last week thanks to a bootcamp I signed up for!! So excited!!! 62 pounds from my personal goal weight!!! 97 pounds from doctors goal weight!!! Hopefully I can do this in 6 more months

Cathy it's possible my surgery dec 10 2013 Start weigh 454 surgery weight 438 current weight 315 down 139 in 7 months!! Just rock your sleeve don't let it control you!! This isn't a diet don't think your on your on a diet for the rest of your life!! Take one day at a time plan your meals!! If u eat something u know u shouldn't don't beat urself up a bite won't kill you don't feel your a failure Because ur not! That's only my opinion and my advise people please don't attack me lol

I feel like I'm over eating bc on my plate I have more food than usual!! Making me go crazy lol!!! Do you eat sweets ever? I can tolerate everything except pizza

Don't kill yourself about ice cream!!! Just don't over indulge. My doctor advised me it's in realistic to think ur never going to have something just don't fall into bad habits!! Stay strong your dropping those pounds great

It's amazing how 11 pounds can make you feel totally different!!! Currently down 113 pounds!! Recently just went from 350 to 339 and I feel and look different!!! This journey has been nothing but amazing for me!!!

Good luck with everything!! Do you have a surgery date!! I was 454 before surgery surgery weight 439 which was on dec 10 I am currently 339 in 5 months!! I would do this again 100 times over!! It's hard because the world revolves around food but honestly you find new joys in the world!!!! Good luck stay in touch and questions feel free to private message me

Thanks sofie honestly I eat anything just not a lot!!! I eat a lot of turkey I eat few carbs!! I can't be on a diet my whole life and it still works for me! Yes I listen to my new stomach and stop eating once I'm full
