    Please help.

I have fallen off the Wagon and struggling to get back on. I have fallen back into old habits. I'm eating candy and drinking soda. Even though it makes me sick to eat it I still go back to it. It just started in the past week I'm just afraid I'm going to lose control again. I've lost almost sixty pounds so far and I don't want to gain it back.
  2. I got Zumba for my birthday so I'm about to get my sweat on. I am so excited I Love Zumba. Thank you mommy ( Edna Sloan ).

    chewing gum

    Chewing gum? Yes or no?
  4. I have been doing good for a month and then today I fell into an old habit and I ate all day long. It seemed like I was abottomless pit. My son was not feeling well today so we didn't do much today. I don't know what I can do to get this behavior under control. I'm also coming off a 3 pound gain last week. Which I don't understand either. I think it's me building my muscle back from not getting hardly any protein the first 3 weeks. Any thoughts?
  5. I had trouble with protein intake and liquid intake. After I started my soft solids I found out real quick what could happen if I drank too much within that 30 minute time frame. Everything came back up. Sorry if tmi. The drinking before is not as big of a concern but they want you to eat your calories and not drink them. If you drink too much before a meal then you won't eat as much. Good luck to you.
  6. Damn skippy don't mess with my family, physically or emotionally, or there will be a price to pay!!!!!

I hear you girl! In my family we can mess with and talk about each other, but nobody else can do it or there is a price to be paid!

  7. Had a great night with family for my mom's birthday. I haven't laughed this hard in a long time. Hope you had a wonderful time Edna Sloan. I love you so much. Happy birthday.

  8. I'm almost 3 weeks post op and I have no desire to eat(drink) hardly anything. I don't know if this is normal or not. If I'm busy I forget to even drink my water. Any suggestions?
  9. Well go me. Down 40 lbs total. I'm so proud of myself. But I still have a long way to go.

That is wonderful! I just hit 40lbs down too & it feels great :) Lots still to go but feel confident this time I can do it.

  10. Thank you all so much for the ideas.
  11. Very nauseated today. I can't seem to drink anything without getting nauseated. Not even water.

i don't have a sleeve but there is medication that will help with nausea. call your doctor.

  12. I bought those too. I tried the apple one today and I am feeling really nauseous now. The after taste to me is getting me.
  13. I'm two weeks post op and I'm burned out on the protein shakes I was drinking and now I've tried gnc brand of powder and I can't stand the taste it gives off and the way it changes the taste of the food I put it in. If tried it in soups and smoothies. I was hoping that the taste of the fruit would mask the taste of the powder but nope. Now I'm stuck I don't know what else to do. My Dr has me on a full liquid diet for one more week.
  14. What is a good brand of unflavored protein powder and where can I find it? I'm only a week out and struggling to get my protein in. I need different variety because the ones I had before surgery are really wearing thin.

    sleep?

I had surgery on the 19th also. This just started a couple days ago for me. I try to take naps when my son does but I usually can't go to sleep then either.
