I must stop making excuses and get back on track. There has been no weight loss for 3 weeks! UGHHHHH!

With all of my babies home for Spring break, I have not been eating well. Nevertheless I do still know my limits.

What is done ..is done.. Move on. And don't let this week effect your rest of your life. Don't expect perfection..we all slip in varying degrees.. But it is how we handle our reaction to the slip that will determine our success. You can do it. Be positive and stay busy for the remainder of the weekend so that you won't be compelled to dwell on food.
