Mt entire weight loss has been lose srall fluctuate the first stall I panicked now im used to it I just keep doing the same thing and in time it starts again I have been stalled for 4 weeks

Prepared I was educated and prepared very well by dr and friends I could not have imagined after 28 lbs neither friends family or myself can notice a change in appearance wearing smaller size but look the same when will it really show only 25 lbs to goal

I am 3months out and have lost 28lb with 22 to go to goal. No one not family, friends or myself can notice any difference in my appearance. Anyone else?
