Well my name is Raymond Allen 3rd I found this app searching for info online . I started my journey to weight lost with is a lot motivation from my step daughter . I was at my heaviest weight ( 567lbs) . I could barely move , I struggled to breathe . I had hit rock bottom , I had accepted my fate , I was ready to die . I was really surprise because I gave up on my self but my 10 step daughter didn't . I call her my little Jillian . She insisted that I watch the biggest loser and she told me to look if they can do it you can to . So I started my journey in January 2013, and she was helping me I can still hear saying feel the burn as she tried to push me while I was working out . I lost 143 lbs on my own with her help. I tried out for the biggest loser June 18, 2013 . I didn't make the final cut but the experience will be with forever. My step daughter was so excited. So because I wanted to lose weight any way I could , I was going through the process of getting approved for gastric sleeve. I can say that because I was already losing weight and working out it help in make my process go faster . I was allowed to skip my 3 nutrition classes And approval was fast . I went through a month long liquid diet . The day of surgery ( sept 23) I weighed 404 pounds my current weight ( dec 7) 359lbs .
