WOW just saw your be4 and after pix......you have done a wonderful job!!!! Please can you share how you did it?? When were you banded? I have been banded for 11 months and have lost about 44-45 pounds......How did you get that flat tummy?? I'm hoping for one of them!!! I have been looking for a lapband buddy/mentor.....
