Try this recipe for a change in taste
6 eggs
3 tablespoons cottage cheese
1/4 cup evaporated milk
1 cup chopped broccoli
shredded cheese
1/2 half cup chopped ham (shrimp, crab or lobster)
mix and pour into pie pan (non stick sprayed)
Bake until brown at 350
Pretty ummy hot or cold. Can be Breakfast, lunch or dinner.
