I have been on a pre op diet for 2 weeks. I started my clears today on I an have g surgery on Wednesday the 22nd. I have been using g the Atkins shakes. Strawberry is my favorite. Not sure if you have tried them yet. -

Just got my date today. January 22nd. I am so excited by freaking out at the same time. I have to start a no carb high protein diet tomorrow. I do 3 days of clears prior to the date. I can't believe this finally going to happen!!! -
I just walked out of doctors office with my date. JANUARY 22ND!!!! I am so excited and nervous at the same time. I start my pre op diet tomorrow. Thank god it's not 2 week of liquids like I was prepared for. Only 2 days prior do I have to do that. I have waited so long for this and for it to finally be here is CRAZY! I know 2014 is gonna be a GREAT year! HAPPY NEW YEAR!!

I had a long process and just had to switch surgeons. I have new appointment on January 2nd and they said that they will use all my records from my surgeon that got me through up to this point. That was a huge relief. It is my understanding that I could have surgery by the end of January. I would love to have a "buddie" to go through this with! Good luck and keep me posted.

I found at my local walmart a protein shot. It's 3.6 ox and 42g of protein. I tired one and it wasn't too bad. I haven't had my surgery yet but I am trying different things now.
