My name name is Joy and I am 33 years old. I finally decided that I needed to make a a change for me & my health while on vacation with my husband celebrating our first wedding anniversary. We were about to get on a roller coaster and I was almost asked to get off because the belt would not secure right. This may seem like something silly but we have 3 kids and every year we go on Vacation somewhere with an amusement park. It would have killed me if I embarrassed my kids by being the parent that was asked to get off the ride because I was to fat to fit.
So in June I started the ball rolling. I had to complete 6 months of nutrition appointments. I have my last appointment next week then it's off to the insurance company for approval!
