  1. I'm supposed to get 64 grams of protein a day. I am failing in that department. I really should incorporate my shakes back in. It's still very hard for me to get it all in. I guess in so consumed with calories, I should think abt getting the protein in!!
  2. M just curious if I'm eating too much or too little. I think in averaging about 7-800 cal a day. Today I had: Breakfast-Dannon Greek yogurt with 1/2 cup Kashi go lean cereal in it. Lunch-One cup if escarole and bean soup and 1 Turkey meatball Snack- 1/2 think thin protein bar For dinner I plan on having more 2 Turkey meatballs and esparagus Is this ok? I haven't weighed myself in a few days.
  3. I'm 7 weeks out and still can't eat a cup of yogurt. I never finish anything but then I'm hungry abt 2 hours later. I'm trying not to graze. As for the exercise, I started back last week. I didn't feel completely healed until 6 weeks but I think that's how long it takes.
  4. Thank you!! Got to 31 as of today!!! It has been 7 weeks as of yesterday. I must say I'm still not getting enough protein and water. It's still not easy!!
  5. Just weighed myself and I am 29lbs down!! I am very happy with it. My goal was 30 for today so I got very close!!
  6. It seems like we are all on track! I was supposed to see my dr and nutritionist tomorrow but they cancelled because if the snow. I have to wait another week I wanted to go through my diet and see what they thought. I'm still going to weigh tomorrow and hope to hit the 30 Mark but I highly doubt it. But..in going to keep following the plan and move on! I wake up everyday so happy I did this! I know it will eventually come off!
  7. That is amazing!! You look great!!!
  8. Thank you all for the encouraging words! It's so nice to have you all along with me on this ride! I did hit a stall at 2 weeks and it lasted alittle over 2 weeks. It was awful!!! But finally the scales started moving! I am having some issues with 3 things which could make a huge difference 1. Not getting to my protein goal 2. Not reaching my water goal 3. Sorry tmi but no bowel movements I am trying to reach my protein goals but at 6 weeks it is still difficult. I'm probably getting half my water intake too! Could this be the reason it is going so slow? I haven't weighed myself in 2 days and I'm waiting until tomorrow! I go in to see my sleeve dr in Friday and my goal is a total of 30. I would be happy with 30lbs!!
  9. Tomorrow is 6 weeks since my sleeve and I lost 25 pounds. I think I should have lost more. I saw Family over the holidays and no one noticed any weight loss! Feeling discouraged! I hope I'm not doing anything wrong.

I will take the MOM for a quick relief and use miralax daily. Thank you for the info!!
  12. Thank you ataloss! I'm hoping that is it and I'm not messing up. This is harder than I expected.
  13. It will be 4 weeks tomorrow since my surgery. I have been stalled for 2 weeks. I think one of my problems is I do NOT go to the bathroom (sorry TMI). Can I take milk if magnesia? I heard it could expand my stomach?? Just want to make sure.
  14. I just downloaded the app. I was not tracking. I'm still not able to get all the protein and water in yet. I have a few bites and I'm full. I start to hiccup. Today I did eat a lot if protein but not enough. I'm trying!! Does the stall last for 3 weeks or it usually starts around the 3rd week after surgery. My stall started at 2 weeks and today I have stalled for 1 week (
