    Good luck to you. I think you've been given great suggestions. I am pre-op and on Clear liquids. Having surgery 12/19. So every Christmas party for me will be filled with Protein shakes.

    Haven't read all the other posts yet but wanted to add mine. I received my date Friday- dec 19th. I'm 5'4" was 321 before required weight loss. Friday morning I was 296.6 before starting liquids. I am on Clear Liquids till surgery.
