I am really struggling. I have no restrictions and nothing seems to bother me. I am finding that I take a bite of this and one of that. Mainly sweets! I try to watch my calories and protein but I sure don't want to fall into my old ways. I want all Christmas goodies to be gone! Thanks for listening.

Well for three weeks I have been going up and down between 204-207. It's not a stall. It's called eating things I shouldn't be eating. Oh how I need to get back on the right path!!! Today's weight is 205.3
