Need some ideas......
I was sleeved in August and I am down 80lbs overall. I've been happy with my results so far, but I feel like I have lots to learn in the gym. Right now I am working out 3 days a week by doing a 10min warm up walk on the track followed by 20-30mins of varying intensity cycling on the stationary bike ending with some arm focused weight machines. I try to either get ab focused workouts in or just mild cardio (treadmill) for 3 days and one day of rest. With all of this I think I should see more firming instead of more jiggles! Any tips on getting a good training routine without hiring a personal trainer?
