Just that I'm below my goal weight & never thought or had any faith in myself. It's sad a person can always encourage or uplift another person but be the first to put them selves down first.

Help I'm 3 months post op and losing buckets of hair. Can't get enough protein which I known is the main problem but is anything else I can do?

i am losing my hair too. i had a problem years ago and even went to the doctor about it. after blood tests he asked me to think back and what happened 6 mos ago. stress can cause your hair to fall out too. it is exactly 6 months since i had lapband surgery as well as a badly fractured arm. i am hoping this is the cause because it corrects itself. but i am going to try the biotin and nioxin just the same. i don't think i would be a cute bald woman.
