I am so excited on how much weight I have lost so far. It has been three months and four days since my surgery and I have lost 77lbs so far.
I cant weight to reach my goal weight I am looking forward to be able to shop in any store. I am still going to enjoy the fact that even if I am not at my goal I am still headed in the direction of it on cruise control.

Has anyone experienced Light Headedness or feeling faint. I am six weeks post op and I notice when I get up fast or after I pick something up from the floor.

Just wanted to know how long do you have to wait before getting on a plane after weight loss surgery?

I am not starving but I miss eating solids. I did not have to do a liquid Pre op diet so its been a challenge getting use to post op diet. I have been wanting to eat salads so bad or even something with flavor. I am getting annoyed with the yogurt and Protein shakes I was cleared to have tilapia but no veggies on the side not that I will have room I know Protein is first just venting.

Is it painful on the sleeve if you drink stuff that is cold?

Hello Congrats on your weight loss you was beautiful before your weight loss and you look amazing now. I am getting sleeved on the 25th and I had a question about the stitches and pain is it painful for long after surgery?

My General Dr. Wants me to see a gastroenterologist before filling out my clearance paper for surgery and also a cardiologist. so stressed I have a surgery date set already now I am worried my Dr. will not clear me in time has any one been thru this and if so what should I expect?
-
Well I was waiting for my coordinator to submit my paperwork to my insurance so I needed to wait for her to get that done my issue was more getting it submitted as soon as she submit my papers it was accepted the same week. I had to get my general Dr. to fill out a form stating I was ok for surgery and I still have to get a blood test done and have it submitted before my surgery date and another form has to be filled out by my Dr. it took me about a month.
What's the Difference?

Hey I'm just making a year I've lost a great amount of weight I was 345 I'm down to 212 I'm 5'10 I was like you I worked out did martial arts but my appetite kept me from keeping the weight on I battled my entire life. The sleeve is a blessing to keep the weight off. It's hard to endure if you work out and protien and less then 10 grams of sugar for all your meals is key. I don't over do it with junk but I will tell you I eat pizza can't eat as much as I use to but I get to eat anything but the sleeve helps cause you can't over do it it's impossible at least for me it is good luck the sleeve is the way to go.
